Guest Speaker: Adele Alfano

May 8 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Autism Dog Services was founded in 2007 and achieved charitable status in 2010. Through the years we have achieved milestones such as placing 135 grad dogs with children with autism, 82 adopted dogs, and 138 active volunteers.

At ADS we are equally aligned with your Service Club’s mission and values of providing service and goodwill through your community and fellowship. As the ADS Fund Development Manager, my mission is to educate and share the valuable community work we do in pairing trained service dogs to children with Autism.

In the spirit of sharing and educating, my goal in 2024 is to offer my speaking services to your Club and share what Autism Dog Services is all about! Below is a testimonial from a recent appearance at the Rotary Club of Hamilton Stoney Creek.

“While most are aware of service dogs for the visually impaired, this unique program provides a much-needed level of safety and companionship for Autistic individuals. Adele is a wonderful messenger, relaying not only the importance of the program to the individual receiving the service dog but also the extensive training and volunteer efforts needed to run this important program. I highly recommend Adele as a speaker for your next meeting or event”. Phil Shames The Rotary Club to Hamilton Stoney Creek
